Understand IFRS Key Attributes

FERNBACH’s free online IFRS eTraining, designed by experienced industry professionals, covers the requirements of IFRS 7, IAS 32 and IAS 39 as well as of IFRS 9 (which should replace IAS 39 over time). The purpose of these training sessions is to introduce, define and illustrate key IFRS attributes and their impact on major financial instruments such as loans and securities.

The courses focus on IFRS for banks. They cover cash flow plans that involve issues such as prepayment and impairment, valuation measures, debit/credit entries for financial instruments, preparation of IFRS-compliant balance sheets, income statements and reporting data marts.

Who are the courses for?

The FERNBACH training programme is specially designed to help finance professionals and IT experts in the financial services sector prepare for the challenges of IFRS. The courses are intended for anyone who wants to acquire skills and knowledge on IFRS and its underlying topics and crown their efforts with a FERNBACH IFRS certificate after successful completion of each eTraining course.

Please note that eTraining is not intended to replace formal IFRS standard training for audit or accounting professionals.
