Web-based Trainings

Principle

Web-based Trainings allow participants to log-in remotely and attend short, live presentations and product overviews from their offices. This not only saves time, but also travel expenses. The Web-based Trainings, held by FERNBACH’s expert instructors, deliver the same quality training that our customers have come to expect in our classrooms.

A Web-based Training usually includes a given concept and/or feature overview and practical illustrations from within the FlexFinance® Product Suite. Students can interact with the instructors and pose questions at any time. Web-based Trainings usually focus on FlexFinance® key topics and/or on recently-extended features.

FERNBACH currently offers 2 categories of web-based trainings:

• IFRS BRIGHT web-based trainings corresponding to all available individual trainings proposed during IFRS BRIGHT implementation projects.  Please contact us at training@fernbach.com to get the detailed list of covered topics.
• IFRS Advanced Functional web-based trainings like Cash Flow Generation, The Concept of Effective Interest Rate and Amortisation, Product Splitting and Product Building, Valuations, Securities Deals and Positions, Impairment, Hedge Management and Accounting Overview...

Duration
A Web-based Training usually lasts a minimum of 1 hour and up to maximum 3 hours.

Delivery
Web-based Training are delivered through the Webex secured Internet connection and the teachers’ comments are transmitted using the InterCall standard telephone connection. FERNBACH works with participants to determine the best date to hold the webinar in question.

Language: The session will be held in a language which suits the participants. If the group is made up of participants with different languages, session will be held in English. Documents are only available in English.
