These short courses provide refresher training to reinforce previously acquired knowledge and skills, or they may alternatively be used to tackle a specific topic related to FlexFinance projects or live systems.

Web-based training allows attendees to log in remotely and attend short, live presentations and product overviews from their offices. This saves both time and travel expenses.

The web-based training, held by FERNBACH’s instructors, delivers the same quality training that our customers have come to expect in our seminar rooms. Attendees can interact with the instructors and pose questions at any time.

Delivery

Web-based training courses are delivered live via the Internet using web-conferencing facilities. The audio portion is arranged via a parallel telephone conference. As for telephone conferences, telephone charges are very low because we provide local telephone numbers for all countries.
