The Technical Consultant uses his/her technical skills to support our consultants in implementing our software for our customers.
The tasks include adapting the interfaces, writing the scripts for data delivery (ETL) and configuring our application to meet customer requirements. Analysing and eliminating errors in data delivery as well as in the customised software are also expected for a successful implementation. The Technical Consultant advises our customers on how to use the software and assists them in all technical aspects.
Although collaborating in our team on a daily basis, he/she also works directly with our customers. For this reason, an appropriate manner of appearance is essential as well as visits to our customers on site.
The Technical Consultant is assigned to the Professional Services Department and reports to the Professional Services Manager or the Project Manager in question.
The Technical Consultant assumes the responsibility for all technical aspects of a project and, if necessary, for any program enhancements and modifications.
