In June, we carried out our annual customer survey whose results show that customer reviews continue to remain positive. Compared to previous years, a significantly higher number of customers say they are satisfied with FERNBACH. Customers particularly praised the good work of FERNBACH’s contact persons and consultants. There were significant improvements in the ratings for collaboration, communication and error elimination. Significantly more customers than in 2011 and 2012 would recommend FERNBACH.
Our customers are generally very satisfied. Some customers remarked that FERNBACH should be more present on-site and provide more support to its partners at an international level. FERNBACH’s products can be recommended. We were informed about some minor weak points in the applications which remain at an acceptable level for our customers but which we have since remedied.
FERNBACH has taken your feedback to heart and already implemented some improvements. User navigation in the Portal has been fully revised to provide a better overview. Users can thus save time.
In order to make users’ work much easier, the application has been further automated. Thus the software relieves the workload of departments on a sustainable level and provides the flexibility required to deal with core tasks.
